"Quit Playin' Games (With My Heart)" was the fifth single from the Backstreet Boys' first album. The track charted at #2 on the UK singles chart and topped the chart in Germany, Switzerland, Austria & the Phillipines. It is their highest-charting single in the US to date.
The single proved to be the boy band's biggest hit until 1999's "I Want it That Way."
