"Bounce" is a track by German singer Sarah Connor. Released in Germany in 2003, the single hit the Top 20 and was a moderate hit and was eventually released across Europe, charting within the Top 20 in almost every country.
In Winter of 2004, a pair of American DJs got ahold of a copy of the single and began playing it in heavy rotation. It was soon receiving huge US airplay and went on to chart at #54 on the Billboard Hot 100.
A self-titled compilation was released to coincide with the tracks' success but flopped miserably, charting at #106 on the Billboard albums chart.
